If you ever have any issues with our software, you can go to the Support Tab in your preferences and submit a request. The Support Center Link will redirect you to our support page where you can submit a ticket with a description of the issue you are having. Once you complete the form, you will receive a ticket number.
If you would like to upload your machine’s diagnostic information so our team can investigate this information and get to the bottom of your issue, enter your ticket number in the “Ticket ID” section and click Upload Diagnostic Information. Our Team will receive this information and assess the problem immediately.
