We have integrated a diagnostic upload function in our app. If you take the following steps, it will upload a record of all the problems with your installed nCrypted Cloud app to our server and we can review them and get back to you with a solution:
1. Click on the lock icon in the System Tray or Menu Bar and select "Preferences"
2. Select the "Support" tab
3. In the ticket ID field, enter your Zendesk ticket number or your email address if you don not have a Zendesk ticket open
4. Then click on the "Upload Diagnostic Information" button to upload the diagnostics
We will receive an email when this is uploaded and will review it.
